Micah's Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup sparkling soda or grape juice
1 scoop vanilla whey
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup low fat plain or vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp walnuts
