Christmas Ornaments- Themed
One of Micah's favorite Christmas traditions from his childhood was that he got a Christmas ornament every year. Each child in his family had a different theme- his was Santa Claus! We decided to carry on this tradition with our kids.
Benjamin: Mirror |
We choose a mirror theme for Benjamin's ornament as his middle name is Micah (which means "who is like God"). We want him to reflect on himself and ask "am I like my father Micah? Am I striving to be like God?"

Ruth means "companion, friend". We have Irish ancestry so we chose the claddagh for her ornament- an Irish symbol of friendship, loyalty and love

Halloween: Pumpkin Carving
Micah loves Halloween! We try to carve a pumpkin each year then watch a scary movie :)
